We are passionate about giving back and supporting our local community. We offer free CV & employability advice in 121 sessions and help signpost to relevant funded advice and skills training.

Employability is about more than having appropriate qualifications, technical skills, or a specific body of knowledge. To be able to participate effectively in the workplace and fulfil potential throughout a career, employees and prospective employees also need to develop transferable core skills and appropriate attitudes.

How to write a CV
Working in Recruitment and HR for the last 18 years we have seen our share of good and bad CV's. A CV is your first chance to promote yourself to an employer. A good CV will get you to an interview.
